Heads up, fellow PlayStation fans! We now know the lineup of November 2017 free PS Plus games, and this month’s offerings are solid.
But before we get to those, the title I’m happiest about is actually a bonus freebie from Sony to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the launch of PSVR. From November 7 through January 2, PlayStation Plus members in the U.S., Canada, and most of Latin America can download Until Dawn: Rush of Blood as a bonus game.
I gave the demo for this game a try a while back, and next to Resident Evil: Biohazard, this is my favorite title for PSVR yet.
First up, PS4 gamers get Worms Battlegrounds, the 2D artillery turn-based tactics game from Team17. This game came out back in 2014 and surprisingly enough, I’ve never heard of it until now.
According to its description on the PlayStation Store, it has both single player and multiplayer aspects, in which players can advance through levels on their own or form clans to make a mark on the leaderboards.
Worms Battlegrounds is normally priced at $24.99, but a PlayStation Plus membership gets you the game for free during the month of November. It has a respectable 4.5-star rating with almost 2,00 ratings at the time of this post.
Up next, Bound is a PlayStation 4-exclusive title from Plastic. Bound is a PSVR title that combines a unique visual style with a powerful story and gameplay mechanics infused with modern dance.
This one normally runs $19.99 and also has a 4.5-star rating with 898 ratings.
They lost me at “modern dance”.
