Grammarly Keyboard

A web-based service I use to both improve my writing and help me catch my own typos is now available on Android. Grammarly Keyboard – from, you guessed it, Grammarly – is out now for devices running Android 4.0.3.

Check out this 3rd-party keyboard app has to offer below.

Grammarly Keyboard features

Improve Your Skills

  • Helps you understand your mistakes and avoid them in the future

The initial version seems to be a bit bare, in terms of features. There’s no swipe or glide text entry, no themes, nothing other than the keyboard itself. It does perform as advertised, but that aspect needs some work, too. Although type correction is pretty accurate, it does miss some things from time to time.

All-in-all, I’ll stick with GBoard for now, but if you’d like to give the Grammarly Keyboard a try, you can download it using the Play Store widget below. At very least, I do recommend trying the Grammarly Chrome Browser extension. It’s definitely a great tool for making sure your writing game is on point.
